An estimated 20 million viewers are expected to tune in to watch the live final of ITV's talent contest.
Boyle, from the small town of Blackburn in West Lothian, Scotland, won international acclaim for her performance of I Dreamed a Dream, from Les Miserables, at her audition which aired in April on the first show.
The clip has been watched by more than one-million people on video-sharing site YouTube and she won praise from US actress Demi Moore who wrote about her on micro-blog Twitter.
Boyle faced criticism this week after being accused of a foul-mouthed rant while watching a semi-final at her hotel, which she denied, and was the topic of a blog by singer Lily Allen.

She has since been moved from the hotel in Wembley, north west London, where other competitors are staying and is living in a safe house with a close friend.
Despite this, 48-year-old Boyle remains favourite to beat the nine other remaining acts to win the show and pick up a £100,000 prize and the chance to sing at this year's Royal Variety Performance.
Speaking ahead of today's final show judge Piers Morgan claimed people were "trying to get inside her head", but said Boyle was looking forward to the final.
“Susan Boyle is a very, very nice lady from Scotland who never thought she would have this chance and she is really looking forward to it,” he told Sky News.
If she is to win, Boyle faces competition from two popular male street dance groups, Diversity and Flawless, who won praise from Morgan, and fellow judges Amanda Holden and Simon Cowell, for their energetic performances.
Among the acts in the final include 10-year-old Hollie Steel, who was allowed to sing twice after being overcome with nerves, grandfather and granddaughter singers 2 Grand and father-and-son dancing duo Stavros Flatley.
Scotland’s First Minister Alex Salmond has also backed Boyle to be successful and said she had the full support of the country.
“Susan Boyle has put her home town of Blackburn, West Lothian, well and truly on the map.
“Her outstanding performances in singing I Dreamed a Dream and Memory have catapulted her to global stardom.
“Over the past couple of months, Susan has wowed the judges and public with her incredible voice and display of enormous talent. I’ll be tuning in to cheer her on and I’m sure everyone in Scotland will be wishing her well.
“I’m convinced she’s got what it takes to be a winner in tonight’s final,' he said.

Britons see French as sexier, but less witty: poll

LONDON, ENGLAND - British expatriates living in France find French people sexier and better dressed - particularly French women - but not as witty or good company, according to a poll published Friday.

Britons who have settled in France say they are happier and healthier, seeing French people as having stronger family values, less crime and less stress, according to the survey.

"One of the main reasons Brits move to France is because it's a place where a sense of community still truly exists. There is time to chat and reflect on life," said Michael Streeter, editor of expat monthly TheFrenchPaper.

"People like the fact that there is a lot of emphasis put on family life here," he added.

The poll found that 87 percent of British expatriates felt happier since moving to France, and 94 percent healthier as they eat better, cook for themselves more and get more exercise.

Ninety-two percent said their quality of life in France was good or excellent, up from 49 percent when they lived in Britain, where high crime rates, drunkenness and dirty streets were criticised.

But perhaps the most interesting findings were more personal.

The majority - 71 percent - of British men and women said French women were sexier than British women, 56 percent said they were more attractive, 66 percent said they were better dressed, and 92 percent said they were slimmer.

Rather less, but still a majority - 59 percent - of Britons also found French men sexier and better dressed than British men, 84 percent found them slimmer, and 47 percent said they were more attractive.

Thirty percent of the 1,000 Britons surveyed said they had lost weight, and 15 percent said they had a better sex life in France.

But over 70 percent of the expats said British men and women were more intelligent and better company, with over 80 percent saying Britons are wittier than their Gallic neighbours.

"One of the striking features of these findings is that so many Britons have come to France searching for their dream - and they have found that the grass really is greener on the other side," said Streeter.--AFP
